Good context thatIn those 11 games the matches against current top six:
Arsenal (A)
Brighton (H)
Liverpool (H)
In Dyche’s first 14 games:
Arsenal (H)
Arsenal (A)
United (A)
Newcastle (H)
Spurs (H)
Liverpool (A)
We’ve played three games against the other relegation candidates. Gracia got four games against the bottom six clubs.
We also didn’t concede more goals in a single month since about 1832 under Dyche.
Yeah there is a difference between heart and head. Some post with their hearts, some with their heads but we all want us to be safeI’m in the “I think we will get beat but want to be wrong” category. It’s a disgrace we are in this position again.
If we haven’t dropped any points vs our rivals then we will have had a great weekend regardless of our result but I’m being greedy today….we win, the other two loseToday is just terrifying, by far our scariest weekend. If we could somehow come out of this weekend unscathed, even if that’s defeats for all three of us, Leicester and Forest we can still flip it. Even if the other two only gain a point on us it’s doable over the remaining games as it’s still a win for us and a defeat for them. But if the gap goes to four we are right on the brink.

Absolutely mate. I’ll be honest, I’m a bit resentful about some of our fans. It’s not their disagreement, it’s how they went about it, not to me but to others. They know who they are. It’s all about the bigger picture and the other poster got it spot on saying about being smug in a told you so way if we go down, they will be as bad if not worse than the board lackeys/trolls.
Relegation would be a disaster, let’s not forget it could put club staffs livelihood in jeopardy with job losses and no one wants that.
Yes that genuinely is the real heartbreaker….people losing their jobs….a lot of those job will only be at national living wage and I would think a lot of jobs that do do will be from people who come from the surrounding L4 area. I am still in Liverpool but lived in L4 up until I was about 28, it will have a direct impact on jobs and the surrounding area presumably including funding for EiTC which I hope it wouldn’t. the economic impact on livelihoods can’t be overstated I think.Absolutely mate. I think our heart has to say we will stay up…that’s what drives the hope and optimism although but I can see why some people are managing their own expectations to lessen the emotional impact at if the worst comes to the worst.in every aspect the club ends if we go down
it’s so so so so so so vital we try to stay up
my head says we’re gone my heart doesn’t know what to think

Once Everton touches youFlipping heck that injury must've been worse then I thought, he's changed colour!
You would think so but they have not delivered sufficiently enough and that’s why they are in trouble so let’s hope they have another poor dayJust don’t see Fulham getting anything here. That Leicester side is so much better than what they have delivered so far.
