Our away form has been woeful for 2 years - 4 away wins in 2 seasons against a Wolves team who have been brilliant at home this year.

Bournemouth have already spanked us twice this season - they've beat us comfortably the last 4 times we've played them.

It's going to take a big effort to get 4 points from those 2 games.
You can do the rationale for all four teams in the relegation fight, nobody is on here saying its easy, they are saying we are in with a shout and are willing it to happen.

Tell that to Middlesbrough 2019 who finished one point off Derby and Wycombe 2021 who finished one point off Derby.

Both took legal cases over Derby's belatedly proven FFP breaches. Does that not set a precedent of some kind?

In any event I suspect Everton will stay up. 32 pts and most favourable run in.
If Everton stay up this season how can Burnley bring a claim against us for last season and whoever finishes 3rd bottom bring a claim against us for this season as well.
If for example Burnley are justified in their claim that we would have gone down instead of them last year had we not breached FFP, that means they are saying they should have taken our place in the premier league this season. If that is deemed a valid claim how then can whoever finishes 3rd bottom this year demonstrate they would have stayed up but for Everton.
Forest or Leeds for example would have to be able to successfully argue that had Burnley stayed up instead of Everton they would have been relegated. How can they prove Burnley would not have finished 4th bottom and one of those teams would have gone down anyway

go away and bum some sheep in your fake town you tedious vulture

Question is who do they sue?

Everton have been working with the PL as reported, therefore it could be the PL who are sued if they have been non-compliant.
The investigation is to whitewash the status quo.

Clubs can not sue other clubs for breaking FFP rules, it’s the governing body who dish out any punishment.
Exactly its just click bait! Dont click on it..

I really dont see spurs at leeds as a nailed on defeat. You posted that spurs only lost 2-1 at villa. The truth is they were lucky to not get another hiding when you watch the highlights. They got a last minute penalty. That was it.

i'll be surprised if everything just clicks. It hasnt in the last few weeks so i dont see why it will now. I hope it does though.

What I'm saying overall is that there really is too much credit being given teams at the bottom, ourselves included. These teams are very poor and when they face any other team they are overwhelming favourites to lose.

Check the stats out:

Leicester - 1 win in the last 14 games

Leeds -1 win in the last 8 games

Everton - 1 win in the last 9 games

Forest - 2 wins in the last 15 games

It is a major surprise when any of them win a game. Which is why I err on the side of scepticism when some believe them to be favourites to win any game they're involved in.

It's why many (correctly) believe that 1 more win for any of them will hand one of these teams a major advantage in staying up.

Is still two tough games while leicester and leeds have them aswell. My hope is we get another reaction from this squad, i thought this team was over after newcastle. But bounced back with leicester and brighton. Every team has a chance but is not certain leeds will win two or even us. Dyche has got this team more settled and hopefully will show more fight than the rest who both have short term managers
