No PL side just interested in this case from a regulatory perspective. I support Bristol City and am a strong advocate of FFP

If Everton found guilty why should those who are wronged not sue for losses incurred? Derby were sued once found guilty.

What on earth does someone who supports Bristol City do to find themselves in an Everton forum?

I see you joined two days after our PL charge.

They've played Villa, Liverpool and Newcastle away of late. They lost heavily to Newcastle but only lost by the odd goal in the other two.

Leeds are very much a step down in class from that.

People are hyping up Leeds because of Allaerdyce (1 point frpom 4 btw), but I see a terrible team that'll be lucky to pick up another point.

IMO Leeds and Forest wont win another game. If we get a win that'll be it.
As much as I love your positivity m8, We are still in one scary ass position in which anything could happen.
I don't even believe you believe everything is as simple as you play it out.
in fact your probably tensing your ass cheeks as you post how it's going to play out.

Now that isn't meant as a dig in the slightest, I like your positivity.. But as certain posters take it too far on the Negativity scale I think your hitting that barrier on Positivity scale.

Be Positive but just admit your still bricking it every now and then... COS EVERYONE IS REALLY !!!

Because Spurs are absolute crap, Newcastle are beginning to bottle it and West Ham cba….Arsenal will still be crying and Palace are, well, Palace……we have to win two games……
Win and a draw will do it, imo. Particularly if we beat Wolves as they will all have to play after us knowing anything other than a win sends them down (well, Leeds and Leicester anyway).

First time posting here.

Angry, long suffering, but yet hopefully optimistic Evertonian from Northern Ireland.

Won’t even get into how disgustingly incompetent and dangerous the board are.

Regardless of all the possible permutations with the other teams around us, when it comes down to it, it’s in our hands.
Points advantage on the teams below us with games against Wolves and Bournemouth - entirely possible to pick up points. It’s over to the players and coaching staff.

I see fight from the players, at least that’s something. Dyche has to get a lot of credit for getting this group together.

Pickford makes me nervous, Holgate, Keane and Godfrey fill me with fear, and Iwobi makes me rip my hair out when it comes to the final ball… yet I still think we will do it… just.

Wow this thread is full of more hypothetical scenarios than a Stephen hawking book except his notions obviously had more gravity and substance to them

I was encouraged by the first half an hour of our performance against the champions and I was equally encouraged by how we fans applauded our players off the pitch.

We as fans have realised that to boo or to abuse our own players is to do our rivals' job for them and is simply counterproductive. And it was a recognition of the effort that each and every one of the players had put in against the best team on the planet.

I will be at Molyneux cheering on the Blues with thousands of other Evertonians. Things look pretty precarious right now and the fate of our club hangs in the balance, but we as fans have a massive part to play.

It was a recent comparison because both played them of late and under a different manager.
Im not blowing smoke up leeds. Nowhere near it. But judging them over 8 games means nothing because their previous manager was leeds equivalent of frank lampard.
They put a better showing up against newcastle at home than Everton did at home. Thats just a fact and if people dont want to see them as a danger thats fine. I will though.
Of course Leeds are a danger. I was just putting a statistic that looked better for Everton than the one you put up for them.

It could go down as one of the great literary works imo.

People will be doing studies on this thread in hundreds of years. And case studies on some of its inhabitants.

Like Lawro’s predictor league from back in the day, I’d love to look back and see how many points Leeds and Leicester actually have and where they are in the table based on what people have predicted on here throughout the season.
