Not sure where the confidence in West Ham comes from they've been almost as dross as Leeds, 6 points better over 36 games doesn't suggest some massive gap in quality.

It's not that Leeds are good, it's that West Ham aren't good and haven't been good in the Premier League for almost a year and a half.

They've been a couple of wins better than us and Leeds over that timespan.
Here's the basis for my confidence:

1/ I'm looking at West Ham avoiding handing Leeds all 3 points not getting all 3 points - that wont do Leeds
2/ Leeds have all the expectation on their shoulders going into this
3/ West Ham are on cloud 9 and they wont want to deflate their own fans' buoyancy
4/ Leeds have conceded 71 goals and aren't likely to stop the goals flowing in - in either of their two last games.

Because west ham will rest most of their team. They have a chance of silverware in a couple of weeks and are all but safe.

No way will West ham be fielding a strong side or playing anywhere near 100 percent.

West ham will want to win the trophy for their fans.

Forest may get tonked in fairness.

West Ham still need a result to make themselves mathematically safe. The final is weeks ago. They will still gave focus, well more focus than Wolves/Bournemouth have who are on the beach. I'd rather have our two games.

A lot seem to be poking fun at fans worried about Leeds/Leicester /Forest suddenly putting in a performance in one or both of their remaining games - turning into galacticos.

History tells us that relegation battles will sometimes trigger the fight or flight response. Over the years there have been some miraculous up turns in form involving extremely poor teams.

Out of the 4 teams left in this, I'd not be surprised to see any of them, when backed into this corner, suddenly trying to windmill themselves out of it.

I just hope it's us.

…I’ve thought for a long time that the guarantee to our survival is finishing above Forest. I still think that’s the case.
I agree with this. If we win and end up above Forest after this weekend I'll be a lot more confident going into the last game.

Might get a Leeds shirt, didn’t realise they were the new Galacticos.
It's actually mad how many actually buy into the Allardyce hype. Quite obvious that he's got heaps of friends in the media that constantly pump his narrative out there so fair enough some are fooled by it but as Everton fans surely we can see through it having had him here? He's effective with the right type of players and can grind out results here and there but Leeds are such a tragic side that don't suit him at all.

Simply put I don't think Allardyce vs West Ham and Spurs will be able to match us vs Wolves and Bournemouth making it all a bit of a moot point anyway but people are very quick to make it seem like he's doing something miraculous at Leeds when it is simply those friends in the media that I mentioned painting a false narrative about him.

The "results" against City and Newcastle are nonsense, very easy to be a team at the bottom and have a go at teams at the top, you're getting battered regardless so it doesn't matter. Look at us against City before they scored for better examples though look at Arsneal this season, they've dropped points to us, West Ham and especially Southampton but no one is creaming themselves in fear of Ruben Selles relegating us.

I see the closer we get to the game, the more frenzy the thread is becoming lol, but i do think as many think we should go for the win tomorrow obviously we will try and it may not come off, but a defeat and a draw for Leeds Sunday still leaves us still in the bottom 3 - whatever way we need for me not to be in the bottom 3 - A draw is only ok if Leeds didnt win but obviously being the day later helps them more than us with knowing what they need to do. A win tomorrow kills them and puts pressure on all around us
