If Leeds lose Vs West Ham, then we only need a point Vs Bournemouth on the final day unless Leeds win on the final day by at least 3.

It's very significant if Leeds draw Vs a defeat because a defeat means we can survive with a draw even if Leeds win the final day.
Yes, I get you now.

That's not factoring in Leicester though. If they beat 'toon on Monday they leapfrog us on GD with West Ham at home left to play..

In the cold light of day, I would have taken a final day showdown. But we are properly limping towards the line now.

Squad is now easily in the worst state it been in all season going into the last game, and we have proved repeatedly our overall squad is one of the bottom 4 in the league. And whilst the equaliser was great and all, there is something missing from the performances. Forrest had it the last few months, Palace had it, Villa obviously months ago. Like they just all thought we are far better than the cack around us, let’s f’ing ‘av it. And it needed to happen weeks ago.

We haven’t got that. At all. The players and manager are trying bless them, but they hoping not doing. Fortunately Leicester are exactly the same. Huff, puff, concede, lose. Leeds just as bad in terms of quality, but still signs of desperation and desire which might save them.

I think we are 50:50 if we are 17th Monday night because I think we’ll get a point against a stubborn Bournmouth. If we are in the bottom 3 I give us no chance given that missing spark, I think we’d lose as we’d chase the game and concede our 496th transition breakaway goal of the season.

BTW, our away form has kept us right in this. I wish the last game was away too.

Points from 6 of the last 7 games away. Great effort.

We had a very decent day today. Anyone thinking we were ever favourite to turn up at Wolves and win haven't been paying attention.

That point could and probably will be telling next Sunday.

Today is only decent if Leeds and Leicester don't win their games.

Its not an exact science lad.

The general commentary from me has been that the teams around us are all terrible and that we've never been out of the race to be safe...and that still holds in the table I'm looking at.
What a climb down 😂 - the posts you were making had a degree of certainty I found staggering. ‘They’re crap…they’ve not won all season…they’re not going to start now’….well guess what…Forest did. I don’t mind confidence that fine….it’s the dismissive attitude of other people’s views when you accuse them of pissing their kecks.

Fair play, Dave.
