You would have to think that the richest club in the world, after their most exciting season in 2 decades will put a proper performance in for their last home game, regardless of being 3rd or 4th. They’ll be up for it, and rightly so, they’ve done really well from boardroom to players.

All of those players could quite easily be replaced by a squad of galacticos in summer. They won’t want to miss on what looks to be an interesting few seasons ahead by chucking in two stinkers to end the season and getting loaned out to newly promoted sides. No room for sentiment when there are billions sloshing around.

I want to see a crushing demolition of Leicester so they are still walking funny next weekend.

You can't underplay how bad we have been this season and if we stay up it's really because there are, quite simply, 3 worser teams than us.

Put it another way if we stay up it won't be because we've done wonders to pull ourselves out. Our record since Dyche has come in has been poor.

There has been some improvement under Dyche, there has been an improvement in recent weeks. Even so he's not covered himself in glory. Very questionable decisions. He might bemoan the lack of quality in the squad and the injuries. It's a fair observation. On the whole this has probably been Everton's worse ever season in top flight other than a relegation season. They have to take collective responsibility. It's utterly scandalous for Everton Football Club. Should not ever
be acceptable but we know why the football club accepts mediocrity it's been programmed for decades.
Agree 100%

Could do with a very long delay in the Bournemouth game so we know exactly what we have to do.
Coventry kicked off late many years ago and the Sunderland fans never did forgive Jimmy Hill.

We should be going out to win it comfortably but I fully expect us to drop back and try to cling on for a point if it's looking like that will do it.

Allardyce calling his squad players out now, already starting g to distance himself from the outcome if they’re relegated. Any divisions in the camp are good. Let’s just hope Leeds phone it in to get rid of him.

Why? We didn’t do that against Brighton Leicester Forest etc. we kept pushing trying to win the game and didn’t just try and defend a draw. We’ve not meekly accepted losses either.
