Tony Pulis was on Sky earlier saying the same that all the pressure was on Everton. Nonsense, the pressure is on all just that Everton have more escape routes available

Perhaps he was referring to the fact that Everton haven't been relegated since King George VI was on the throne and in contrast people almost expect Leeds and Leicester to be in the lower leagues, as brilliant as they are as clubs.

Frankly I just want this to be over.... whoever said 'its the Hope that kills you' was wrong, its the waiting....

All we can say is that it's felt like we were down for sure on a few occasions in the last 5 months:

• when the window shut and we got no one in
• after we lost against Fulham
• after we lost against Newcastle

...but here we are 2 points ahead of the relegation zone with a home game against a team that in their last 3 games have scored 3 goals and lost all 3.

It's time for our team to play a very strong game and win. But at least we know if that happens it'll be decisive for us.
