Let’s be realistic here, staying up on the last day of the season is not something to be lauded as an achievement. If we win then any celebration should be in relief only then turn attention to the board and owner for allowing this to happen two years in a row

Not dying is worth celebrating. Its not worth being proud of but it's 100% worth celebrating when you consider the alternative.

You can celebrate things that aren't an achievement. It's not an achievement to win the lottery, it's not an achievement for a random shooter to miss you. Celebration in relief is celebration.

Yeah that's the thing. I do think they'll re a raucous atmosphere and players throughout 90 minutes will get excellent backing (unless they completely implode under the pressure and are 3-0 down at half time).

However stuff like running on the pitch, hugging everyone and carrying players off the pitch like they've just won the league would be OTT and just open everything to ridicule.

If it's a proper sack the board protest all for that however....
