This is how Evertons' relegation battle will go... we'll struggle, but we will get there in the end.

It's more like a slow inevitable sinking and drowning

I cant actually see another win. There isnt another team with less threat. Not that i see anyway.
This doesnt feel like last year. I felt physically sick getting dragged into it.

Now. I just see it happening. And even with so many games still we seem to be doing fck all to prevent it.
Definitely doesn't mate, this feels a whole lot worse.

Last year I was concerned, but did think we would survive. Right now we're gone. Massive few days ahead where we need to bring in a Manager and some players who can turn things around.

I'd love it if Frank could give the whole "Major League" talk to the team about how "the board and owner WANT us to get relegated. Do you? Well, then let's completely feck up their plans for it!"

Ah, found part of it.

Yeah. I meant last year it crept up on us a bit. We wasnt in the bottom 3 much. And there was norwich and watford as cushions. I wasnt expecting it.

This year i am. It just feels we are already there.

We'll win against Bournemouth on the last day of this season after we've already been confirmed to be relegated and Bournemouth are safely midtable and on the beach.

No, it's a death cult. A self fullfilling prophecy if enough fall for the 'kin nonsense being spewed out about how forlorn the situation is...so let me spell it out again:

ONE POINT FROM SAFETY WITH 19 GAMES LEFT.

That is our position.
One point from the last 18 on offer.

So with 57 points still available we are on course for another 3 or 4 on current form.

Even if by some miracle our form drastically improves, we would still need another 24 or so from those 57 to stay up.

People are just being realistic. It's not impossible, but it now very much a huge ask.

Which of course is *impossible*.

Why dont you wait until the transfer window shuts before you throw your hand in with the Branch Davidians?
Because the inept board, including our DoF, knew we could score, knew we failed to create chances and have just cost us potentially 9 points.

So, whilst you’re acting exactly how this pitiful board want you to act, the majority of people can see the real issues at this club.

And like you said, we’re only 1 point from safety, the team, has shown on Saturday, is supported from before and during the game, so the board protests have little impact.

Yes, because that always happens: you get the same ratio of points in the succeeding games as you got in games past.

With a board of Gas Lighters and holographic owner doing nothing constructive with the time and games they have remaining unfortunately. Well apart from going to war with with their own supporters to try and portray themselves as victims.

Not sure there is much hope unless something drastic happens imminently mate.

Changing a manager falls under that category.
