Is there a conspiracy theory yet that the board are aiming for relegation as part of an elaborate revenue scheme or something? For example, they'd be allowed losses of £105 million on relegation, and probably have lots of other maneuvering I couldn't even imagine as part of some buffoonish plan that's "so crazy it just might work!"

It makes more sense than believing that they have a real plan and are working hard to stay up.

I admire your stiff upper lip and trying to look at it with a bit of positivity from the outside, but throw in the problems and negativity around the club with the board and the fans as well and it would take sT this point an absolute miracle to turn this mess around.

It kills me when people like you post day after day, week after week month after month that my club is down when we aren’t. When we are, then fair enough, until then stop with the whingeing, what do you even get out if it? Self loathing?
Have you learned nothing from last season when I told you exactly the same thing?!?!

I am telling you now the acceptance stage of the grief cycle is a lot more pleasant. This club were making me ill last season. I am not going to let them do that to me again.

This time around there is not any real hope to cling too. The players are not good enough and we have no money to spend and all the clubs around us are strengthening. The only chance we now have is removing Frank now. We have a bit of a gap till the next game. Bring in a manager that can organise and motivate a limited group of players to play above themselves. Sell Gordon, Keane, Holgate. Use the money + loans to bring in a physical presence up front that can hold the ball up, a creative midfielder and at least one fullback and pray

So when we go down, who will actually get sold and have some value? Pickford, Dom, and Onana? Maybe Gordon? Bar Pickford and Onana, championship level is where they belong, but I feel Dom and Gordon might move based on being English and reputation.

I totally agree but, there is an awful lot of football to play yet.
Priority is getting rid of frank and getting some creative spark on the pitch
