along with southampton and bournemouth we are odds on favourites to get relegated even after beating arsenal, what do you reckon? are you lads still that pessimistic? im not

Will offer incredibly little in front of goal. In fact, did Ramsdale even need to make a quality save yesterday? Can't count on scoring goals off setlpieces to save us from relegation.

It’s going to be very hard. Which of the teams above us do you reckon we could change places with. I would argue Leeds, not many else. We have to beat Leeds.

Massive 3 points yesterday with a mixed bag of results for the clubs around us. I’d been saying we’d get at least 2 points from Arsenal and Liverpool and we’re there already

The key to the season is still going to be the next 3 very winnable home games (though if we play like yesterday all of them will be). If we get another 8 points from the next 5 games then we’ll have 26 points from 26 games.

That would mean that we only have to average a point a game from there to get 38 (or 4 wins from 12 if you want to put it a different way)and almost certainly stay up. Can’t believe we’re having to do all of this maths again

Makes sense.

Bookmakers will want to be sure that yesterday was not a once-off.

If we maintain consistency, pick up points against the lesser teams as well as pick up a point or two against the top 10, then within the next 4 to 5 games we will not be in the bookmakers' crosshairs.

For me, we need only 3 worst teams.

We will win six more games which will put us on 38 points and not including any draws, we will pass the 40 point mark in April.
