I certainly feel a little happier to today but there is obviously a way to go. I think Bournemouth and Southampton will go but it’s that third team , I think maybe forest but they’re doing ok . A draw today probably keeps both Leeds and forest honest .
Let's not forget the team that unexpectedly plummets from nowhere and gets caught up in the relegation battle!
Looks across Stanley Park.

It’s amazing how bad that is .

The new appointment is huge , we saw the difference a proper manager makes yesterday it was a plain as day .

if we get out of jail the fact there are some really poor teams in this league is an absolute godsend

I know you were wondering how we are fairing against last season......

1 point worse off but our next game (22nd) last season was a win, but then we went 4 straight losses (Games 23 to 26).

It was a great win yesterday, real confidence booster. Let us not get carried away, it was just one game and we now have another tough game coming up.

COYB.

Alot of information here, I did this last season....

Some interesting things here....

Palace immediate run of games - Brighton, Brentford, Liverpool, Villa, City, Arsenal but a kinder run in IMO
Forest & Leeds have 2 games in hand and they both play today, Forests last 9 games are Villa, Utd, Liverpool, Brighton, Brentford, Southampton, Chelsea, Arsenal & Palace.
Leeds run-in also looks tough with City, Newcastle, West Ham, Spurs and Forest.

Everton - Need to beat Leeds to stop them getting away, as bad as Liverpool are we know what happens there, the PL, FA and PGMOL would simply not allow us to go there and win. Then Villa, Forest and Brentford we need to pick up points in all games. If we win 6 of our last 17 I think we stay up.

I think Bournemouth and Southampton are falling away, I think Forest may also do that but I`m struggling to see the 3rd team we will get above in the short-medium term....

There's at least 4 teams above us who fall within the category of "getting above in the short term" never mind medium term.

We're 3 points from 13th and 2 points from 15th.

Obviously its all very close, I worry about the next result because we all know how that generally goes irrespective of form....

Lots of hard work ahead, I feel more positive about our chances IF we continue to perform like that. Again I`m not sure who else is dropping below us, everyone seems to be picking up points and results.
