Been saying last bit all summer. 3 promoted teams all better + no sign Brentford, Leeds are going to implode.

Signings look decent but need time to bed in. We've just let positivity from last year disappear + given everyone headstart.

Waiting for Chelsea to decide if they're keeping Broja is stupid.

Was Broja on the bench for Chelsea today? I don't think he was so that probably indicates he'll be leaving them soon enough so could be news early next week.

I’m currently consoling myself with the fact that Newcastle didn’t win a game until their 13th game last season and everyone on here had them as one of the teams that were already down.

There is always hope mate. But don’t forget that Newcastle also changed their manager and walloped about 150million quid down on new players in the January window. We don’t have that money

I think we’ll escape again this season.
RS, West Ham and ManU nailed on for the drop.
I'd completely missed that west ham had lost all three until I just looked at the table.

We need to somehow scrape 3 points in the next two away games or it becomes a "saga" where we probably end up being winless after 7 games with Liverpool and Arsenal up next, which is the sort of pressure we could do without.
