Just think we'll fall short by a small margin. If that comes to pass, that it could have been avoided would make it all the harder to take.

The dye is not cast but they could have sacked Lampard earlier and got signings in. Both of those things were doable and they failed.

As Dyche has said that is gone now and we need to focus on what we have got.
I feel slightly more positive after yesterday's game, we would have lost that 2/3 weeks ago but I thought we played well and still mistakes but a lot better than we have been doing , we looked like scoring for a start and DCL can't be that far away from being back, a proper striker in this team now and we will get points on the board thats for sure

Thought we'd go down last season - so I'm not the best judge - but the last 3 games don't paint a pretty points picture.

Credit to the squad and manager if they scrape through.

Yes. Relegation will be catastrophic, but I am in self-protection mode now after yesterday's huge missed opportunity. If we are to go - and I think we are - then let it be quick enough and clean enough. Please no last day agony where we have redemption snatched away, given back, and then snatched away again in the last minute by a dodgy ref, appalling VAR miscarriage of justice, or a Ben Godfrey backpass.

Like your beloved dying pet, please put us down gently and quickly.

Our failure to beat the dregs of the league, which we are also, means we have to get points against the better teams. One slither of hope is that we tend to do that.

….we’ve already taken points off Arsenal, Man City & the Reds. We’ve taken 4 of Leeds and level points with Southampton (3 each) and Forest (2 each). If we beat Bournemouth at home it’s also levels with them.

We still need 5 wins, it’s just so unpredictable where we might find them.

We did but were going the right way, we were always jn that game, unlike sone we never turned up for.
We are heading the right way.
Since Dyche turned up be interesting to see who from the bottom 7 has the most points.
Wolves 10 points
Everton 7 points
Leicester City and Southampton 6 points
Nottingham Forest and West Ham 5 points
Leeds United and Bournemouth 4 points

Caveat is that some teams have played 5 matches since Big Sean came in, and some - us, Wolves, and Leeds - have played 6.
