Still a chance of a big surprise from West ham and Leicester..

We’re on an upwards trajectory. Leicester and West Ham (and perhaps Palace and Forest) are all being sucked in and have that feeling of not knowing where their next win is coming from. Leicester getting their centreback banned today as well, meanwhile we have Calvert Lewin coming back. It will be extremely tight but a few weeks ago these teams were all too good to go down and had comfortable buffers over us. Now they’re in the poo with us.

I put this out recently, but a number of teams are on woeful runs. Leeds as well. I think they are something mad like 3 wins in 20.

I’m not sure where all the weird Leeds stuff has come from on this page, but I have to admit it’s hilarious. Please keep it up.

It's a different prospect for the opposition playing Everton at Goodison now.

I'd venture to say we'll beat Spurs, Fulham, Newcastle and Bournemouth and maybe hold City. I dont think we'll do worse than win two of those and draw a couple.

So just on my worst case scenario of two wins and a draw it'd take us to 32 points. Games at Palace, Leicester, Brighton and Wolves could easily provide the other (I believe) 4 points we'd need.

It's going to be tight. I just wonder whether last season's experience at keeping calm and getting over the line will pay dividends too...and a manager who's got a lot of experience of keeoing it going and digging out results down there.
