Actually I think we could, I think the season officially "ends" on 30th of June. If we went into administration before then I think we'd still get a 9 point deduction. However it's very unlikely.
This may also apply to the Prem but with 9 points.

I had a quick scan of the PL handbook recently to see if that rule applied and couldn't see any mention of it, but maybe I missed something. From what I could see it just said the penalty was immediate.
