Those 3 teams are just as crap as they were 2 weeks ago, but after our run of form, they were all but certain to go down even after a third of the season. For them to be given an unexpected lifeline, anyone who doesn’t think that will reinvigorate them is deluded. Yes they are still poor, but it’s like game day 1 for them again, but now have a few months of experience of how tough the PL is.
