The corrupt football establishment of this country tried to bury us. Most groups of players would have folded under the pressure of that.

I'm immensely proud of these players. They work their socks off every game and have just hammered two teams whose players are on literally tens of millions of Pounds a year.

Special mention also to the fans. I was at both the Newcastle and Chelsea matches and the atmosphere was electric.

Love the sentiment but football's no more corrupt than its ever been.

Remember the "big 5" that was great when it suited us.....the difference is we've had owners that have been clueless and/or driven by dodgy intentions.

Totally different imo. The big 5 then, didnt want a closed shop as they do now.
