If you appoint managers who are usually in relegation battles then don't be surprised when you are in a relegation battle

Where were we when we appointed him?If you appoint managers who are usually in relegation battles then don't be surprised when you are in a relegation battle
In a messWhere were we when we appointed him?
We can very much fix this and stay up.I wouldnt even say we are in a relegation battle
we arent in a battle to stay up, at the rate things are going we will be lucky to get 25 points.

But the squad wasn't ready for the first 2. No striker to put away the chances. In a mess
And now in a bigger mess.
Any manager who loses 3 straight home games without a goal, should be sacked. Unfortunately we need to wait for the new ownership to come in so we can get a change. It's not bad luck that he loses most weeks - he's just not very good. Such a poor mentality to blame bad luck so regularly.
What baffles me is how we stayed up last year, after watching Leeds and Leicester over the weekend they look far better teams than us.
Going into the season I felt things would be a bit easier this year as I thought the three teams coming up would probably go down but I forgot how crap we are.
The squad was not prepared for those matches but those are still excuses. We were pretty unlucky against Fulham but the Villa game was a shambles, and we weren't good enough against Wolves. But the squad wasn't ready for the first 2. No striker to put away the chances.
Then we get a couple in with Beto maybe doing a job for us but his first game is against Arsenal who are 10 times better than us.
I blame the club for not getting us a striker to win the first 2 easy games.
Fair enough but not sure who we could attract or afford with the state the whole club is in.The squad was not prepared for those matches but those are still excuses. We were pretty unlucky against Fulham but the Villa game was a shambles, and we weren't good enough against Wolves.
Yesterday was a gutless performance where we rolled over without a fight. I blame Dyche entirely for yesterday. He finally has his 2 strikers available and that was the best he could deliver ?
He's out of his depth. I won't watch this level of football for much longer
you can only circle the drain for so many revolutions. Gravity ultimately overcomes centripedals. The only saviour this season is that the likes of Luton, Burnley and Sheffield are in the same fetid bath-tub as us. But the fetid bath -tub becomes a toilet pretty soon...and Everton FC will pretty soon become the turd that finally flushes. The gaggle of ineptitude managing this outfit staggers me. I am just annoyed that I still care.We can very much fix this and stay up.
But if the wheels really come off and we are effectively gone by Jan I wouldn't be surprised.
This time feels different.
How much were them 2 as they were excellent ?Leeds recruited well. Ampadu and Piroe - two players who would have added loads to our squad. A premier league team with no money to spend. Disgrace.
