Think they have for a while. But all anyone ever says is they have Toney, so they are safe - Lost 5 from 8 before today since his comeback

Depressing but pertinent question.

Which would be worse, Goodison’s final season being played outside the Premier League, or Goodison’s final season ending in relegation?

I honestly don’t see a scenario where one of those two things doesn’t happen

I agree.

An alternative way to.look at it is that Goodisons last season sees us gain promotion back to the PL

Since our 4 wins on the bounce after the 10 point deduction, we've scored 7 goals in 12 games. That is pathetic.

I wonder if we would become one of those teams that find scoring hard in the prem league, but scoring easy in the Championship. or would we just be Everton and find scoring hard no matter if it was an open goal lol

Well here's my viewpoint with a full house of 24000 football fans in full voice still echoing in my ears.
The away end full of Leicester City fans singing their hearts out. Just like we do now. That will continue without a shadow of doubt.
People around me just wanting to enjoy a game not particularly worried if they win or lose.
So given that we ain't got a cats chance in hell of competing at the top for the foreseeable, in a competition we all currently detest, it wouldn't be the end of the world if we don't stay up and go to see a game in a full BMD and actually enjoy it.

To be fair like, Pickford has made a few blunders in his time.

I hate people who romanticise the championship, it's so weird to me. The league is football hell.
