It's absurd though. I could ask you if we won 30 of the 36 points left and got top 8 should he be seen as a major success this season.
Neither extreme scenario will happen and it takes us nowhere.
The answer would be yes for what it's worth, obviously. Think it's worth asking though as we're near the bottom of the form table with I believe 7 points picked up in 2015, so if we did carry on as we currently are we would be in the mire.

If we carried on in the form of even our last 12 PL games we'd be fine....more than fine....on 38 points. That's besides the fact we've had other non-PL games in our last 10 games and we've lost 2, won 3 and drawn 5.
It beggars belief anyone thinks we'll be relegated. It's just fanciful nonsense.
To respectfully play devil's advocate:
If we finished on our current league form in the scenario you suggest, one or two flukes going against us -- it could be anything, Rom gets the flu, phantom red card against Naismith -- could drop us down to ~34 points. That would be nervy.
I think we'll find a way to play better and be well clear of the drop zone, but you can see where the fear comes from.

That previous 12 match run which got us 10 points went from mid-Decemeber through to Leicester last week...which obviously included the meltdown matches over Christmas and new year when we got nothing. Even with another run including a 4 match nightmare patch like that we'd be safe!!

It's shocking. It really is. Teams dont dominate us though, we just cant find a way to counter their spoiling tactics...and 10 draws dont help either.
In that sense it's easy to put right. We need to find the bit of quicksilver to make the difference in games.
