If we did go down I cant see financial issues being a big problem, big players will be sold and we will buy cheaper players and use younger players already here, we won’t need PL quality players in the championship. Some contracts are up for some players so they will be gone. We would lose PL and TV money but I think we would be fine and financially it would sort us out to a degree, as we would be rid of the high earner that don’t seem to ever perform and we are finding hard to get rid of. We stay up lots of them wil stay, obviously I want us to stay up but our transfer strategy will have to be very very sensible.

I am. However, if Burnley get beat against Watford and we put them back in the drop zone I think both are there to put below us.

It’s such fine lines. Could end up adrift in the relegation zone - could end the season above the pair of them.

For what it’s worth - and god knows I have nothing to back this up, I think we get 7 points out of our next three games…think these are then crucial ones for me. Feels like if we do that the momentum will see us through into palace/Brentford.

Huge performance against Chelsea - which we are more than capable of. Then go to a tired and drained Leicester and grab three or a draw there. Watford be down and we will have to be up for it and make it count…

I expected Leeds to win mate, not because Palace are a bad side (they aren’t’), just because that’s the way the cards have been falling lately.

BTW, yes, Leeds have the tougher games. However, I dont believe in Burnley. They look shocked to be out of the drop zone. If it goes wrong for them at Watford I can see their belief evaporating.

how can you be shocked to be out when that’s what we’re all tryna do?

Is anyone else mentally fatigued with this season,not just us losing but praying other teams lose so we don’t drop out the league it’s been a free fall since Watford 2-5 ,for not sacking that man that day the club played roulette with this clubs future and it’s coming home to roost now,the most incompetent board (4th highest paid in PL) we’ve ever had and it is absolutely reaping what it’s sewn,whatever happens this season has to be a watershed for this club

I have a weird scenario that has crossed my mind. We get relegated, Then the 6 shisters at the top [Poor language removed] too a super-league.
With Everton being so against this League, Rafael Benitez declares it was a setup, I was deliberately [Poor language removed] as my uncle Farhad decided that. The sacking was staged to bring in that cockney bloke from the tele. Not Chas and Dave the other bloke whom shaves Ashley Coles nuts because he cannot reach them. You may have seen the lovechild pictures from Denise instagram account of Bill K and Andrew LLoyd webber with the litlle dark haired boy that was fostered all those years ago. There you have it yes, i know its far fetched.

Burnley in there last few game would have seen themselves as the under dogs, when they play Watford that is different they will expect to win, sometimes that makes things harder. How many games have we had when we think we are the better teams and landed up losing (lots this season)

Its outside our hands now mate. Its almost irrelevant what we do now because the likes of Leeds and Burnley need to drop points for our games to even be relevant.

We can get 18 more points Burnley can only get 15 and we are 2 points behind them
