What Everton need to do more than anything is play these games, as though they are playing Chelsea, Man Utd etc, and not revert to doing nothing the game after a great result

Flip side .. if saints beat Brentford .. they have two games left, us and Leeds . If we, Leeds and burnley win . They could be 5 points ahead of us and 3 ahead of the other two. Is with a game in hand and with us and Leeds to play .

There are so many scenarios , even villa , have to play city and rs and burnley twice .

Have to think of ourselves , 9 more point guarantees or imo .

Don’t think they would be safe but psychologically the gap would look big and that could be an issue. Points available wise still catchable but of course we need to get a run of games consistently picking up points, preferably wins, but as we all know the games are running out

Expecting a scrappy draw as villa can't afford really to lose this one after the dreadful run they have been on.

Very surreal to think we might not be a Premier League club in as little as two weeks from now.

Hope the Chelsea game has been a turning point for the teams confidence but we need to show that by at least getting a point tomorrow.
