Brentford has 3 games they needed points from, probably 6 at least. Newcastle home lost, Norwich today and Burnley at home.Brentford winning is as bad as it gets.
That’s said, we have 7 home games and an out of form Wolves next.
Time to make Goodison rock. Down to us as fans to help the players.
It's one of us, Burnley, Leeds and I still think Brentford for that final relegation spot. Think Norwich and Watford are probably down.
I wouldnt but I mean that we have nobody to blame in a comparative sense vs. other teams. We're down there for a reason, as are the sides around and below us.Don't let the players escape blame. Cowards to a man.
Last time I checked we were the outsiders of the 4 with the bookies, who never get it wrong lolIt's one of us, Burnley, Leeds and I still think Brentford for that final relegation spot. Think Norwich and Watford are probably down.
Step forward the youngsters like Dobbin to fill the spaces eh?You make it sound like a ploy to relegate us..... like the Fin VAR decisions!
Id worry about our injuries with so many games in such a short space of time.
I'm glad that Brentford winning has probably snuffed out any belief that Norwich had of staging a rescue act. That fixture couldn't fail to provide a positive for us.It really really isn’t.
Our last home game against Brentford will confirm our PL status for next season. I'm forecasting that we will be all but mathematically safe prior to kick off, but will put on a show for the fans by way of a thank you.Brentford has 3 games they needed points from, probably 6 at least. Newcastle home lost, Norwich today and Burnley at home.
They then have a tough 7 games before the last 2 v us at goodison and Leeds at home last day.
A poor result v Burnley and they’re still bang in trouble
Couldn’t have said it better ?With the games in hand we have we should be fine if it was another club in our position I would be saying they would likely survive.
But it’s Everton so…….
It really really isn’t.
