The others seem to pull out a mad result like Burnley randomly winning 3-0 at Brighton, Watford winning away at Villa and then Southampton. I can't see us doing similar sadly

I think it'll probably be 34 points to stay up. That's 12 points - 4 wins. It's doable but seems impossible atm. Think we just have to accept the situation now and deal with it

We absolutely need Burnley and Watford to match that to have any hope of staying up.

Just to give an idea of the mountain we face we need 12 points from the next 36 possible just to match the lowest surviving points total in the prem era of 34 points.

We've got 8 points from the last 60 possible.

I think this week has hit harder than before, I also think many have realised this team doesnt have it in them to win games or stay up. No fight and no ability, seen it all season and now everything has come home to roost at the same time!

If we beat Newcastle there is a glimmer of hope, if we dont I think that is about it. Next 5 is Newcastle (H), West Ham (A), Man Utd (H), Liverpool (A) and Chelsea (H). Newcastle is one of our games in hand and if we get nothing there I can see us cut adrift inside the relegation zone after we have lost them 5 games and we arent coming back from that!

Well, Calvert-Lewin has managed 9 appearances this season. If he'd managed 20+ would we be in as perilous as a position as we are now? I doubt it.

Alli - how many Premier League minutes has he had for us? He's a second striker isn't he?

I think the ability to focus simply on our form or fixtures has passed. Yes there is likely a target number to safety and a good run could make the difference. But this is between 3 teams, and a string of wins looks far more likely with Leeds than us. The odds for going down Leeds 36%, Us 38%, Burnley 45%. One of us three are going down, and the two others have at least experience in this position if not better managers for the circumstance.

Two months ago we could worry just on our form, now we have to check their results regardless of our matches results, which in their own right have been championship level.

I wasn't worried two months ago and I am not now, mate.
