Win at Burnley or Watford (Watford more likely, Burnley probably looking at scraping a draw) and we're in a better position.
This is what concerns me. Those teams are also fighting for their lives and their fans will be right behind them, as ours were last night. Our players tend to go to pieces when that happens so I cant see us getting a result from either of those games. We are still right in the mire

Yeah, we went to bottom Norwich and lost there, Brentford and Newcastle when they were second from bottom. Two draws would be absolutely amazing. I'm not confident at all of a result at either of these, despite last night's result.

Like others have commented, not convinced. Based on the previous Jekyll and Hyde performances put in by this team.

A first half performance like last night will have UTD/Chelsea up 1/2-0 at half time. Never mind the away results.

The 2nd half performance can see us gain points.

I'm over the moon about the result. But like Seamus said, enjoy it tonight, forget it tomorrow.

If DCL is fit, he has to start up front, and let Rich run at the them.

And if we lose to Burnley, they’ll likely be a point behind us, and going to Norwich as their next game while we play Man U. A point at Burnley would be fantastic, that is definitely a “Must Not Lose.”

Hopefully last night's late goal will be the spur to go on a run good enough to keep us up, and if it does I wonder if the much maligned Iwobi will become a club legend in the same way as the also much maligned Barry Horne in 1994 and Gareth Farrelly in 1998

Er. No.
Horne and farrelly are club legends? ?

Legend as in there is a famous club event that revolves around something these players did, rather than they had a long legendary career with us

Fair enough mate.
I was at both games. Stomach in knots all day on both days
I hope we dont go through that again in the next few weeks.

Absolutely massively important 3 points. Winning like that will boost our morale. If we can beat Palace on Sunday, I wouldnt rule out us getting something at West Ham. We usually do allright down there
West Ham still in Europe. Massive win for us. Interest weekend

We need something against West Ham. We are not going to pull clear of this unless we can string 2 results together.

I don’t see our fixture list as being quite as tough as many seem to be suggesting. Clubs like West Ham, Leicester and perhaps Palace if they beat us in the cup will have other priorities when we play them. United are a poor side now and we still have fixtures against Watford, Burnley and Brentford
