With Leeds winning the gap has got bigger even though we have games in hand, tbh as nice as it would be to get above Leeds and Brentford it isn’t really important. We need to just get a gap between us and the bottom 3, I couldn’t really care less about league position we just need to keep Burnley and Watford at a decent distance, I know this sounds obvious but I think we can get obsessed about getting above the teams a head of us, but currently we are in a position where we are safe we just need to stay there.

You could argue that our and Leeds 90th min goals has deflated the bottom 3 a lot

If it came out Wolves were match fixing last night I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest. Tin foil hat on but I reckon keeper made a call to his mate at half time. Second goal in particular is extremely suspect

Always a few strange results in the run in and going to be a few twists and turns yet. Getting more difficult for the current bottom three though!

They’ve had wins at Norwich and Wolves airlifted by refereees. That’s 6 points. We’re in the end of poor decisions each week at the moment. That swing is massive. Leeds would have been in an absolute state if they’d got 1 point from those two games but as it is they’re almost at the required points target now, same as Brentford, and all the pressure is back on us.
It felt like we had 24 hours respite from the doom and gloom after the Newcastle game and that match last night put us right back under a very dark Everton shaped cloud.

We get 6 points ahead of the bottom 3 they will struggle to get that back, Burnley did have a good run that’s gone atm, Watford I don’t think will be consistent enough. But regardless of all that we just need the few wins to get ourselves safe. People were saying Iwobis goal was like Graham Stuart’s or Gareth Farrellys, they were last day goals, hopefully Iwobis goal will stop that lady day issue happening.
