Watched City at Burnley no way are they staying up shocking teamThe way we’re performing even that is optimistic, but it might just be enough
I would take 2 points from our next two games and be gratefulMad that like. But let's be realistic, we're not gonna win back to back away games
Well after today’s results, it is more or less 3 out of 4, we (Everton team) need to not worry about anyone else and do what they are suppose to do and play football to get points, not just give up when we go a goal down. If we are relying on others to keep losing to stay up we deserve to go down. How we’ve been this season in the main is pathetic and tbh we deserve to be in the drop zone, we aren’t due to 3 being worst we are extremely lucky as 3 being worse you would think is impossible.Imo it matters because if they both lost today then we'd only be 4 and 5 points behind them with 4 games in hand on both them so a couple of good results from us in those games in hand and Leeds and Brentford are dragged into the thick of it and the pressure applied which takes some heat of us and our players. As it stands its between us, Burnley and Watford with us relying on them having bad weekends every weekend. The more the merrier eh. I'd rather a 1 in 5 chance of going down than a 1 in 3
You would think by the laws of averages, our away form has to improve at some point. Perhaps today is the day ?Mad that like. But let's be realistic, we're not gonna win back to back away games
6 points from 13 leage away games thus far, gives a mean of 0.46pts/game. By the same law of averages, we can expect to pick up between 2 and 3 points from our remaining 6 away fixtures. You would think by the laws of averages, our away form has to improve at some point. Perhaps today is the day ?
I'd absolutely bite your hand of for zero points and only -2 on goals.I would take 2 points from our next two games and be grateful
Massive week for this club
Nine points between now and the end of the season would do nicely I think.Nine points from our next three games would do nicely.
7 points clear of Burnley of course. Watford? They don’t matterWe are 3 points clear of the bottom 3. It is literally impossible for us to be 7 points clear tomorrow.
Law of averages, surely we'll nick some away pointsExactly. We have zero character to respond to reversals, but the possibility is there for us.
If we win one away game - that'll do. We'd just need two home wins to get us pretty much over the line.
