Forgetting about the Gerrard thing, Villa don't look good atm
I have more faith in Watford turning it on for a game than Villa beating Burnley twice tbh
Who knows though. They could win all 3 or lose all 3! Burnley are getting tougher to predict aren't they?!

If Gerrard let Burnley win home and away then Burnley would be above them and Villa would be right in it.
Eve-Villa 8 points they some how lose to Norwich and we beat Chelsea it’s down to 5. They lose both games to Burnley and we could both leap frog them. He can’t afford to lose to Burnley

They could lose all those games and still be in the same position in the league that’s the problem.

Or they could lose all those games and be 3rd from bottom with a 4 point gap to get out of the zone. It is possible no matter how unlikely and therefore they are still in a relegation fight. The same thing has pretty much just happened to us.

Clutching at straws but if Spurs can beat Burnley by 4+ and we win one of ours by 2 clear goals then that could put the GD back in our favour providing we stay defensively solid in the games we inevitably lose. We have also scored more than Burnley which would count in our favour if GD is equal.

That would swing things massively in our favour as I feel the GD will send one of the 3 teams down.
