Sometimes I lay awake at night wondering where we would be if we listened to Zat and sold Englands number one and replaced him with the future best keeper in the world "Gavin Bazunu"

You can see the pity Even eyes. lol
I'm going to be devil's advocate here and say that because so many players have dual nationality or mixed nationality backgrounds, it's understandable that the less careful might assume that players would be open to getting on the bandwagon of the country higher up the footballing food chain.
But yeah, it's a bizarre question to ask if one had done even a modicum of research beforehand.
I was also on the Bazunu boat!Sometimes I lay awake at night wondering where we would be if we listened to Zat and sold Englands number one and replaced him with the future best keeper in the world "Gavin Bazunu"

I'd argue that because Ireland have been stung in the past with the likes of Rice & Grealish it's a fair enough question.
Gives Ferguson an opportunity to give Ireland someone to be proud of and hang there hat off!
You could also argue (puts my Gordon Strachan hat on) the multicultural nature of England has certainly helped with this! (Also see France 98 onwards)You could argue *dons tin hat* that England are OVERARCHING due to the fine footballing resources (i.e academies and grassroots), strong leagues, and healthy competition for national team places creating a surplus of talent.
Enough to supply other home nations whilst reaching the end stages of international tournaments.
Purely a devil's advocate perspective. Please discuss respectfully and peacefully GOT.

Just like Raheem Sterling was born and raised in Jamaica, until he moved to England
