Response from the club

Question for fellow Toffees but as it's been established I was set to attend the derby flying from the states , Pittsburgh Pa for the first time in my life, the game was rightly called off due to safety concerns me and my friend spent 300 dollars for tickets each which he loaned me the money and i eventually paid him back but the tickets are non reimbursed since resale have to pick them up in person which which he might be able to do when the game is rescheduled but my financial means are a little more lacking. I sent an email to the club explaining my situation and they did not respond. If there any other channels of communication? I'm not even expecting anything at this point even a response where a basic statement of sorry about the situation but unfortunately we can't do anything regarding a gestue, the complete lack of response is vexing
I don’t think they’ll do anything as others have said because ultimately it’s not really their issue, they aren’t going to reimburse you for something you didn’t buy from them. Two working days isn’t that long to be waiting for a reply either to be honest.

What was the email you sent it to mate?

Hey @Curtis sorry to hear your situation mate.

Anecdotally when I was over the other week there was a mix up with my tickets and long story short I was ticketless 15 minutes before kick off and 2 ladies in the ticket office managed to get it sorted and I was in my seat 10 minutes later. Not sure of their names but they were utterly brilliant.
Awww yeah …. Rub it in why don’t you …. Poor lad has nothing and no hope but you’re alright Jack … where’s your soul mate

I would give it a couple more weeks.
The club currently has a backlog of questions to answer regarding the polyphonic drainage system.
