Not really sure what the problem is with it to be fair. The guy has played a huge part in making it the most exciting league in the world and made clubs super rich in the process with TV deals etc. So nothing wrong with asking clubs to show a bit of gratitude.

None of you know what he's gonna do with the cash either, he may well donate it to a worthy cause, yet you'll have spent 10 pages chastising him in the meantime.

A good guy that's done an outstanding job and deserves credit for it.

That worthy cause being a hookers arse crack as he's sniffing another line off the inside of her thigh.

Is this the appropriate thread to write what I feel and get stuck in the sin bin for a few days, or should I save that up for the Ale House when I've been drinking too much after our inevitable defeat to [insert PL side or any lower league cup competitor].

That said, it's quite a bush league move.

Just take the money and let everyone know about it later, like Roger Goodell does.

Would rather see Everton give £250k to Sligo Rovers as a gesture to acknowledge just how well we have done out of the Coleman deal.

I've been thinking about this recently as 10 years approaches, what a great gesture it would be to pay them a 'correction' fee of some kind. £250k is nothing to us ultimately but significant to them.
Business is business...

Are we expecting united to chuck us 50 more million for Rooneys services, after what he went on to achieve?

Save your ban for a special occasion, Scudamore isn`t worth it.

After the Derby game would be the right time.
