Yeah because being the best player at Everton means you are top class.
Well it was pre Moshiri when we had Lukaku.
Richarlison was a good Everton player and a great Evertonian.

Richi, Brazil's current number 9 and approaching the prime of his career, is completely different than a washed up Rooney, or Pienaar/Ferguson/Unsworth who seemingly didn't have any other suitors. That's my opinion anyway!

Thats how those types of "statements" become the norm, no accountabilityt in any media these days.
