Everton are just dotting the Is and crossing the Ts on Richarlison's deal from Watford, after passing a medical in Liverpool earlier today.
The 21-year-old will become the Toffees' latest £40m signing, a little lower than previously reported.

I'm loving the "a little lower than previously reported" admitting they leach off of other reports. They will probably still say £50m as they have been obsessively repeating that for days now.
