40 million ... Sips pint

40... Sips pint... Million

4... Sips pint...0 Million.

No one cares efcdave and no, I don't care how much Alan Ball was on a week.

How is that possible if the player passed the medical?... The player only go to the medical when both clubs have a deal agreed...But this is Everton Football Club. We are doing the first signing of the summer on th 23/24º of July

And now to take Mina or Digne will be more long time. Maybe more 1 week at least. And the crap like williams, bolasie and other remains until now in the squad

Paperwork has to be signed and ratified. It's not hard.

I hope some sensibilities are extended to the fella once he hits FF; he's probably already massively self-conscious about his over-sized schnozz and the last thing he needs is snides like Super Kev, Bainesy and Capt Jags teasing him about it. I appreciate that it might be drawing a long bow to implicate their schemings and plottings in the rash of homesickness afflicting the club, but...

No.
Because Malcom wants to play at a higher level with Roma in the Champions League. It doesn't matter if we offered more, he would have just refused to join us over them.

Next you talk with him, let him know he made the wrong call..

Oh well, shame this; getting my hopes up for an exciting player only to get Richarlison instead.

Sad state when not even ridiculous wages will bring class players to Goodison.

Could we use the extra money to pay the player more and convince him to come?

No.

Ive said this before, but people often overlook playing for a CL team and the benefits it brings, so yes, we could certainly offer higher wages than Roma, but then you have to factor in other things, the difference in tax from England to Italy, forgive my ignorance, I dont know who pays more, but then the most important aspect is image rights and sponsorship, plus most clubs will give the players appearance money, CL games will pay them more.

But sponsorship is where the real money is for players.

I mean take Ronaldo, an extreme case of course, but he earns 30m+ a year in sponsorship alone.

Basically, most players want to play in the CL cos it increases their brand, higher brand awareness, higher paper stacking yo.

People assume all football players are born Everton fans I think.
