Confirmed Signing Richarlison

Jesus christ  I think he'll be a lot better than we think tbh. I noticed he worked hard at Watford at tracking which is great for a Brazilian imo because half of their full backs don't even do that. He has that confidence in his ability which we didn't really sign last summer bar Pickford.

It's why I knew players like Bolasie, Keane and Klaassen would fail, on a bigger stage with us.

Oh I wish that was true, but nobody on here forgives Sigurdsson for his fee.
I do...he,ll be ace under Marco Silva....a manager who will understand how to use such a fine player correctly. Iceland rebirth.

Pretty reliably (i.e. from the Joyce/Hunter circle via e-mail ) the fee is 'understood' to be £35m plus £5-6m in realistic add-ons. EFC have also waived approximately £5m Watford owe for Cleverly appearance fees & the Deulofeu add-ons. There is money to the player & agent (not Watford) on top of this so maybe EFC's cash/debtor write-off outlay could one day approach £50m. There is no explicit Silva compensation included but Watford have agreed to drop their claim.

Deulefeu add ons?? Are you just making this up?

I think Rodrigo was probably his hero. Those couple of games he played in preseason before his knee exploded was enough for a young Richarlison to know this was the club he wanted to end up at.

He has ‘Jo’ tattooed in Brazilian, Portuguese, Spanish and Scouse on the underside of his wang.....apparently.

I was reading how he's the third most expensive un-capped player bought in the PL. Now, apologies if someone's already brought this up but...could this be Watfords "compensation" at all? Is he overpriced so Watford get their money & we save face?

lol

Everton having a Brazilian forward, it's just, ace. We should have a yellow away kit in homage (like those NEC beauties)

Sorry but Jo and that random bloke Moyes bought (Anderson Silva?) didn't count, we knew they were dreadful.

So this is a bit of a landmark for me. He may not be a full international (yet!) but I think he'll do great. Very exciting signing.

No and the only reason he isn't capped is because he is competing with Neymar Douglas Costa Coutinho and Willian and he's also 21. Not something to worry about

Now that we have signed this fella and shipped Rooney off we can finally play Siggy in his best position.

No idea why this keeps getting brought up.

Barca re-signed the lad in the last year of the clause. No one would owe money to us, nevermind Watford.

Barca had to keep him for 12months after buying him back tho C, which they didnt do, so I think we were entitled to some compo, certainly not from Watford tho at all.
