He's scored 5 times since November to be fair. Not saying he's been fantastic, but there seems to be a willingness to just ignore the fact that scoring goals is really quite a useful skill.Richarlison's performance at Cardiff was pitiful. His passing, both in accuracy and in weighting, was a disgrace. And he didn't take the ball past a member of the opposition once.
If he was someone who'd just progressed through the youth team into the first XI and played as badly it would likely mean we'd not be seeing him again for the rest of the season.
Of course if his poor performance on Tuesday night had been a one-off then it could be ignored. But the truth is he's done little since November.
It would definitely benefit them both imo and I’d like to see it with Bernard and Lookman either side of them to create, Gomes and Gueye anchoring in the middle.Would like to see him in a 2 with DCL.
Can’t remember who it was, maybe @sageyefc , but maybe he is better up front after all?
He does seem to have a knack of being in good goalscoring positions.
Maybe as a 2 up front? But we never do that.
Been saying this all season. He is not a winger, he possesses none of the attributes of a winger. He is a forward, but not a lone back-to-goal target man. Everton fans have had it drilled into them for so long that only one formation exists and that’s why we have people calling for us to sign the likes of Mitrovic and Rondon in the summer and writing Richarlison off.
