I agree, I think Richarlison is brilliant and possibly better than James too. He's excellent and will make it to the Champions League one day, hopefully with Everton. I just do not think he is in the top 10 players in his position in the world yet and that is what justifies a fee over €80m in my view. Especially after this year, I think transfer fees are more likely to shrink for a couple of years as clubs become more cautious financially.
He must be a dream player to have in your team. He actually has so much to
His game. He can go past players, can create, shoot with his right or left foot (although a bit off at the moment I’ll agree) and is a great header of the ball.
Just because he doesn’t find passes we don’t see or weight a ball like james doesn’t mean he’s not as effective. He needs to be a bit more clinical ill agree but he’s a quality footballer.
richy is not better than James . Let’s be honest richy can’t cross , pass, dribble , beat A man and his decision making is poor. Also , this season his finishing has been cack. He works hard and usually is a reliable finisher but James oozes quality .
Yep I miss 442 sometimes, One of my favorite Richarlison goals is the 3-2 against Wolves where he just absolutely left 6ft3 Boly cloud watching and planted a nice header for the winner, The problem is we can't be playing 442 with James in the side. There's a problem over where it's best to play Richarlison. To my mind playing him so wide means he's rarely getting close enough to link up with Calvert Lewin. And secondly it limits his use of one of his best assets -- his heading ability. Forwards who are as strong in the air as he is are a rare breed these days. I suspect this might be one of the issues he's not happy with at the moment.
I'll be vaulting you mate and all who liked your blasphemy of a post. He's going nowhere if our asking price is £100m in the Summer mate.
Hope you’re right mate, it’s win win though I think. Tell him he can have his move but only for 100 mill minimum, if somebody is willing to pay that, then give the lad his move reluctantly. If, however, nobody matches that valuation then keep him. Explain to him that until somebody meets the club’s valuation of him, he remains an Everton player with many years left on his contract. He's going nowhere if our asking price is £100m in the Summer mate.
