Been thinking this for a while - both DCL and Richarlison could do with some competition ASAP.

The squad is a shambles - really need a good 2-3 players this month coming in.

I agree. They need competition to keep them on their toes.

They should have good cover in every position, no point in having squad fillers if you want do something at this level.

He gets zero support FFS!

Godfrey doing a great job covering LB, but he’s no Digne going forward. We have very little threat elsewhere (today none), so they had bodies to smother him every time the ball went near him.

Richarlison is NOT the problem.

He's looked like a 10m player at best since his return (except against Fulham though that was another game he should have banged in 2)

True but he was poor snd nothing to do with being isolated. Lots of clumsy touches, didn’t control ball well. Had it enough times in good spots to do something positive, and didn’t.

When Gomes switched play to him on an attack and he lost the ball summed up his form the past couple of weeks.

Not calling for him to be dropped but there has to be a point in a game where you can see it's not his day

So many atrocious touches today. I don't think he's the problem, but he's been underwhelming all season and needs a fire lit under him to get back to his best.

He’s crap as an out and out winger get him playing closer to Dom or even as a forward they had a nice little tandem thing going on start of the season and last year

He's quality, for some reason though he just looks like he's lost that spark, deffo something not right. it could just be though down to him being one of those players who gets frustrated when things aren't coming off for him and then it effects his overall game.

It's really not. He's been bad and when someone plays bad their spot is at risk. I don't think he's being put in positions to succeed but if Carlo isn't going to trust Nkounkou I don't know that the position exists in our setup as is.
