Did not look interested at all tonight, never thought I'd say that about him because usually he hates losing, is tackling back, chasing everything, tonight he looked like he didn't want to be here.

I have noticed that this season. Looks disinterested. Not working as hard as he always did previously.

You'll be amazed at how many times this comment pops up in his thread. Technically he is nowhere the near the best. He's much more Tim Cahill than he is Brazilian flair player.

It's why we desperately need creativity in the team because him and DCL are very much lacking in that department.

Concussions are serious injuries, look at the evidence starting to emerge from rugby etc. He probably shouldn’t have been playing. Not excusing the performance necessarily, assuming the medical team cleared him but in other sports you’d be kept out for a few weeks.

He's not closing down like he usually did. There was multiple times when West Ham was passing about the back with their crap keeper and he was just jogging about. Last year he would have been busting a gut trying to get that ball back.

There's something really off about him this year.

If he wants to go he’ll need to put a shift in. Nobody is going to pay £100 million plus for him if he’s not performing.

Not playing well lately seems to be sulking I don't know why he isn't tried centrally in games like today. We need to be moving a team like West Ham around pushing him up with Dom may have helped.

I think it’s safe to say he assumes he is off at the end of the season and that appears to be affecting his form. Very worrying.

We are very quick as a fan base, to turn on our best players.

He was poor tonight, but he definitely wasn’t the only one, I’m not sure what the forwards were supposed to do tonight when the crabs in CM kept passing the ball sideways and backwards or holding on to it too long.
