No

We still created 2 big chances to win yesterday.

I think our tactics worked well. Even the best gameplan can be effected by a goalkeeping error.

You don't play Leicester by pushing forward and leaving big gaps to exploit. Unless you want to be get hammered, like happened to a top team like Man City.

Against Newcastle we will have more of the ball, so it's up to us to be more proactive. But I think we can be pragmatic under Ancelotti and that's a positive. Teams who only know one way often get exposed over the long term.

Some people dont seem to understand tactics.

He keeps working hard. We can't deny his graft defensively.

Hopefully with James and Digne back in the side and with more of an opportunity to get in the box, we will see a better offensive performance from him on Saturday.

This is the thing I find weird, people calling him lazy and saying he’s not trying, mad!

This season he’s missed chances, lost a bit of dynamism where he’s not going past people how he used to and as always has a poor touch but people in the match thread calling him lazy and stuff I’ll never understand.

He’s one of the hardest working players around and seems a great lad for all the social media and charity stuff he’s all over... just needs to get in better form when it comes to sticking the ball in the net again!

No surprise that Richy's form has dipped with Digne out the side. As a left winger/second striker, Richy really needs someone bombing round the outside of him. Allows him to cut inside and attack the box more, which is his strength.

I think we have a choice. Continue to play Godfrey left back, who is solid and that, but sacrifice the potency of Richarlison.

Or play Digne, expose our centre halves more, but get more out of Richy.

The latter for me every day of the week, and twice on a sunday

Been poor most of the season so it’s a bit more than a dip in form. No doubt he’ll come good again, hopefully before the run in towards the end of the season.

One thing that frustrates me about him is how often he fails to beat a man and then attacks break down. Not sure how much that side of someone’s game can be worked on but if he got just a bit better at it we’d be far more dangerous, especially on the counter.

He looks very frustrated at his own form to me. His reaction to getting subbed on Sunday and him punching the pitch at the final whistle yesterday show the desire is definitely there.
Completely agree and his defensive work has not stopped at all.

I think the shouts about needing an overlapping LB are spot on. He isn't a great dribbler, but can use his pace to cut inside, but without the option to his left, he doesn't have the space.

It's definitely just a confidence thing, and when he bags one, he will be back.

The positive is no one is bidding the £80mil plus that it would take for us to sell him in the Summer. So we should have another year with him, plus the Summer ins to help us sustainably push for top 4 next season.
