Im not making excuses for the boy, he's been mostly tosh this season, but hopefully the crowds next season and a little more pep in his step and he can return to our hero.

A crowd is not going to improve his ball control, passing or decision making which are on a par with non league football, I would take any offer that comes in and replace him with a striker with a brain

Really weird to not admit he’s been awful this season. Delph has played about ten minutes all season - he’s nothing to do with Richi being shocking.

Macca, I'm not saying he hasn't been crap at all, it is my observations as to why he's been crap.

Early season, we had decent players on the pitch defending him decent balls, he could stay in areas of the pitch he needed to be in. When we then have to play Iwobi , stand in full backs et al, he doesn't get the decent balls and comes looking for it in areas of the pitch he shouldn't be.

What has hurt us the most this season is the few times we have been able to play Allan and Decoure together for any stretch of games.

What also damages us is that we have no depth. For example, when DCL or Richarlison are having a bad spell, we have no one who can come in for a game or two and do well. Look how many strikers United have, so many that they can ship out Lingard on loan.
