I think he’s hoping to be playing in two tournaments for Brazil over the summer, “a bit of rest” - I suspect he’ll come back even more knackered than he looks at the moment! It’s a big assumption at the moment that Brazil even pick him based on his attitude/form recently!

Not good that. I'm not too interested in International football so hadn't realised he'd be playing for Brazil.

74 goals in 246 games. He’s never been profilic, nor is he particularly creative. Although he has his critics Lukaku is a level above him.

Hasn't scored in 9 premier league games apparently. I think we desperately need to get him back on the left wing in a 4-3-3, providing support for Digne, ghosting into the box, etc. He offers little up top when not scoring and his partnership with DCL is poor. Buy a proper right forward in the summer.

I wondered about that, but getting back to Brazil and being in a culture he lives may rejuvenate him.
He lives playing for Brazil and going back may help him recover that sparkle.

I love him me, I think he’s superb. Both him and James are round pegs in square holes at the moment and I think he needs a rest.
Better players and a good rest and he’ll be back to his best.
He is one of the main reasons we manage to hold onto leads, he gets you those snide free kicks and buys you time, relieves pressure on the defence, there’s so much more to his game than creating or scoring

I agree. He needs a rest because he looks jaded and/or he should be dropped as a gentle reminder that he must earn his place in the starting XI.

Right now, he isn't earning that position. However, it may be telling that Josh King simply isn't up to the job if he can't dislodge an out of form Richarlison.

...i agree. I’m a huge fan too, He’s not at the top of his game but he’s still the most likely to get you a crucial goal.

He does, he looks out of sorts. But he has the talent. This period is just a blip.

Disappointing season with the ball. Cant question his work rate. Constantly covering ground. My positive is that we re enforce midfield this summer so this lad doesn't have to track back and cover midfield and defenders and do a job upfront.Concentrate more on attack and get in the box

There is that but does tend to go missing, add to that does not seem to be keen on passing but rather chsing glory for himself.
