I would love to see Everton become a decent side that gets in Europa every year and tries hard to win that and cups. Basically Sevilla. I don't see a realistic route to competing with City, Chelsea and a functioning United.

Its a really tough bracket to get into. I understand the west brom lad just cant see everton play in a lower division. 46 games in the championship! BRUTAL.

If we become that side for long enough and the Merseyside derby becomes a thing again, CL and title competition becomes a possibility. If the Reds and Leicester can win one, we can win one. I agree that structurally, those three should win most of them.

First step is staying in Europe and being competitive with the lot across the park.

The RS, Spurs and Arsenal all have the capacity to be great with proper management as the RS are showing now and Spurs did recently. We can compete with them but it is really hard.
