Yes, I’d have definitely have left Richarlison on unless he indicated he couldn’t continue, it’s what you do with your best player if you’re chasing a goal.
It's quite the situation where reports of an injury are being openly questioned because the manager is not trusted or suspected of having fallen out with a player (again).
….sadly, it’s understandable given his record of conflict with some of the most respected medical people in the country.
