I still think he'll have limited suitors in the summer and that he'll absolutely kick off about leaving. It probably won't leave us in the best spot.

People love to talk about systems but it really comes down to can you win headers. Relying on Godfrey and Holgate isn't going to work.

Has 3 years left on his current deal and at no point has he gave any indication he would take this kind of attitude; that's with constant rumours linking him with other clubs. He has been nothing but professional since his arrival and constantly shows his admiration for the club and our fans.
Will he leave to play on the bigger stage one day ? probably yes, but i don't think his attitude is of that i have highlighted in bold.

If we carry on playing high pressing attacking football, and are able to sign some players in the summer I can definitely see him giving us 1 more season, especially with Lampard in charge. I think DCL is the more likely to leave, as he seems to enjoy the limelight, and if a "big 6" club came in for him I can see his head being turned.
He’s been very professional but has made no bones about his desire to play at the elite level. I think he was off to PSG last summer if they had caved on Mbappe going to Madrid so potentially watch that space.
Hopefully we finish the season strongly and he’s inspired to stay by Lampard but at some point he’s going to push for a move unless we make serious progress on the field.
The likes of Utd and Arsenal are looking for a striker in the summer so can deffo see DCL leaving if a good offer from a CL club comes in. Again though, if there is a bit of a “Lampard effect” he might give us some more time.
80m would’ve day light robbery and we should snatch anyones arm off that is willing to pay that .
I think it’s mad that people rate our players as “ amazing” when they aren’t .
Richy is a solid/ good prem player .. not quite top 4 standard . That’s his level as his all round game is not good enough for the top clubs . Hence why nobody has tried to sign him

But when you look at our history with spending big money on players it hardly inspires confidence that these players will be adequately replaced.
However, I’m of the opinion that you should always sell players if they want to leave, but it needs to benefit the club. I’m tired of keeping players against their will. It only brings negative consequences.
I didn't say he was amazing.
He's a 24-year-old with over 50 Premier League goals to his name having played for Watford and Everton... In that time he's established himself, until this season due to injuries and Everton's requests, as a Brazil regular. He's won a Copa America, helped them reach the final in another and then been their best player at an Olympics, winning gold.
He's not actually a striker and in neither of those sides has he ever played in his best position (left forward) for any sustained amount of time.
I don't know what 'top-four standard' is - and neither do you, because the top four isn't a thing anymore. West Ham are 4th at the minute, would he not get in their side? He'd get in Man Utd's, he'd get in Arsenal's and Spurs' team...
He wouldn't get into three sides in the Premier League and that's the top three, but you look how Jota has come on at Liverpool, so you know what, maybe he would get into those teams too?
Teams haven't tried to sign him because Everton have been resolute that they won't sell and he hasn't budged to move. That will probably change in the summer due to his contract and Everton's financial needs. Barcelona were interested and PSG are likely to be in for him as Leonardo supposedly really rates him.

He would score lots of goals in any top premier team. I would easily rate him top 4 standard.
A big part if his game for us was tracking back. He wouldnt be doing that with a top 4 team. He would be pressing from the front and that creates chances not to mind the supply of the likes of for example grealish, silva, foden. Easily score 20 a season.

He's excellent. He has cut out most of the theatrics that was the only frustrating part of his game.
His all round game is exactly what will make him attractive to other clubs.
He never gives up and has the talent to back up the work. He's a rare breed.
