He's always been great with fans, and always goes and greets younger fans in particular.

Can't fault him as a person and he gives a good effort on the pitch for me.

I know we need to get rid of our soft side as a priority at the club but he's a good egg.
He is a good egg but also don't think he plays any role in making us have a soft side. At least not from public perception of us anyway.

One of my mates who admittedly is a toon fan, described him as the most unlikeable bloke in the PL. He isn't liked by other fans.

Other than for money, why would he go to Man U, as the papers would have us believe ???

Even with a shiny new manager, they`re just a bigger, more expensively assembled mess than we are.

The RS and City are years ahead of them and especially with the money City have at their disposal, it`s unlikely that Man U will ever catch them up.

I used to get annoyed over this, now I love it. I don't care if our players are liked by other fans. As long as we like them and they wear the shirt with pride.

They're definitely a smaller mess if you're trying to play in European competitions

Papers reporting he wants champs league and then reporting he will be going man united.

Those statements can't both be true. Don't worry about what the papers say.

I prefer Richarlison to Gabriel Jesus, think he would have suited City far better too. I think he would score far more in a better team, as I feel he snatches at chances with us, as he is not sure when the next chance will come along, but would relax more with better service and hit the target with a higher percentage of shots. I will be sad to see him go, as I feel he gets the club, and gives everything he has most of the time. I would prefer him to smile more, as I like to think the players I am supporting are enjoying their football, but think that is just his personality. I love his feeling of responsibility off the pitch, both with EitC and back home. I think he would have gone last summer if we had refused his request to play in the olympics, and feel that he probably guaranteed to see out this season. However, if he moves on to a bigger club, I would thank him for what he has given us, and keep an eye on his progress as if he had come through our academy. I know the saying is usually 'no player is bigger than the club', but I think he has outgrown us.
I don't think Richarlison would have got close to the game time that Jesus (who's very underrated for me) has had there.

He's a dangerous, direct player, but he'd look out of place in a team that moves the ball the way City do, constantly testing one another's touch and passing.

More of an Atletico man, I'd say.

United has the money to escape, we do dont, thats the difference between us.

IMO, United could have 1 good window and get back to CL with relative ease.
