SO your answer is one guy will just keep throwing money at a problem forever with no return?
To defend Matty a little, even though I agree with your sentiments. His answer was only concerning the next 3 years and spending 50m each season. I'd say that moshiri would likely be willing to do that. Forever, no, but for the next 3 years if he was allowed to, then he probably would.

Fair enough. And I'm absolutely not having a go at @matty1878

Even if Moshiri is willing to drop that kind of money on players, I think we're in special measures with the league at least until the end of this summer. We're not going to see any major ins without players leaving.

We'll bring in comfortably over 100m this summer in outgoings, question then becomes how much we spend and do we spend it wisely.

We'll be up around 80-90m with just Kean and Richy going, and both sales look pretty certain at this point

Moshiri might, the PL might have different ideas.

The way I look at Everton is like spending on a credit card when you're unemployed. You might be able to pay it off for a while with some savings (Moshiri) but eventually they dry up and then what happens? You end up in debt.

People need to wake up to the troubles we could find ourselves in one day.

That day is pretty much today.
