Surely we would do what Villa did with Grealish and Spurs with Bale - get the replacement sorted before we sell?

What am I talking about, of course we won’t.

What price do you think we'l get or want?
I'm saying we want £80m but I think we'l get £60m... anything less than £60m would be a steal for a Brazilian international

Without knowing how much is coming in, not sure how we could do that with the league having their beak in everything we do

I think 60 to 65. English pounds, none of this euro crap. Ultimately it comes down to who’s interested, that’s why Leicester got top money for Mguire because utd wanted him. And villa got the 100mil for grealish, no other team was ever paying that release clause

Spot on but I read in the news Spurs are looking at a cash plus player deal.

Think the problem is that we have to get the league to agree cos of the ffp so will most likely be sell he spend. But do agree with you

Cause they’re. Levy thinks he’s at pound stretcher. They will try and pass on any old [Poor language removed] to us. I’d ask for 35mil and Bissouma

If its Spurs then we should be quoting

A: £85mil for Richarlison for straight cash.

B: £75mil plus their top youth prospect.

C: £65mil plys their top two youth prospects

Then of course we accept up to £10mil less.

If were lucky they take option C and we get 2 top youth players to develop + say £55mil.

We then add that into the 'player sales' pot (with the likes of Kean, Keane, Mina, Gbamin, Gomes, Allan, Rondon).

We should be negotiating for KLP, Johnson, Colwill, Gilmour, Garner, Broja, Gallagher and the likes at the moment and as soon as terms are agreed with Spurs there should be a clause that it cant be announced for X amount of time until weve spent the funds.

Then we pull the trigger on our targets.

Ideally for us its Chelsea who come in for him...then theres the potential for a swap of Richarlison for any of Broja, Gilmour, Gallagher and Colwill.

Ever thought of writing an episode of Corrie?

I don't think any of the articles suggests Spurs are instigating that, but rather Everton have an interest in a few players and so the deal might involve them.

It's not really like FIFA, like a few in here think, where any club's "top prospects" are going to up sticks from the capital (and probably their families) to go and live in Crocky, without actually having a say in the matter, anyway.

I see city want 50mil for
Jesus with a year left on his deal. I know
The usual suspects will say he’s miles better.

But prem goal returns are
Similar,
Richy probably plays more minutes but Jesus will get more chances. I’m sure somebody on here will find out the exact conversion rate.

Also they’re the same age and richarlison has a better record for Brazil

Another reason to like Richarlison. Whilst most footballers are holidaying in the Aegean or Dubai, he is back in his small hometown. He organised a kickabout with his childhood mates and yesterday went to watch his local 4th tier club Nova Venécia.

I just love everything about him tbh
He’s exactly how I’d want to be if I was a filthy rich young footballer, so humble and down to earth but great banter
