Disappointing Ornstein said club officials think this will end up going threw
The club needs the money.

But honestly even if they don't think they need the money the only other option is to offer him a reasonable extension now. If he says no then he has to be sold so he doesn't leave at a discount or for free. Because even if our finances aren't disastrous they aren't healthy enough to allow fees like this to just be ignored.

Basically he probably has to be sold this summer. It is what it is. We made our bed.

True, disappointing it's Spurs tho, I can see the allure just disappointing he's my favourite player by a distance, seems like we don't have money until he's sold unfortunately

Not for this thread but would rather we sell DCL, even get rid of both if we have to get rid of Richy

Personally I don't think the gap between them is that vast. I'm worried DCL has been injured to the point that he'll never get all the way back as he really is a player relying on his athleticism. But if Richarlison is the one who can generate more he's the one to go for me.

I appreciate that the long term supporters will see Spurs has at best a lateral step. Unfortunately in 2022 that's not the case. That's a step up.

100% agree they are a million miles ahead of us in every way, very lucky to be up their when Sky created the big 6 but it happened so their we go

Will DCL be available for pre season? The reason I say sell him too is because like you I'm worried the affect the injuries have had on him, but at the same time we done have many goalscorers in the squad

He goes to spurs and rotates with Kulesevski I suppose. Son and Kane aren’t losing their places unless injured. Conte is building a squad though. They’ll be tough to beat.

Alot of games too with CL Kane will get his annual injury, just sad we were so close for a while with them, now they have a crazy stadium WC players & manager within the same time we have wasted half a billion

Look if there was a way to get 35m for DCL I'd say do it but I just don't see it
